Reflexión | El error de la economía moderna / The mistake of modern economy

La correlación directa entre progreso humano y social y crecimiento económico por la producción y consumo siempre creciente de bienes materiales es el error que está llevando al ser humano a la destrucción de su legado. Es hora de revisar las teorías socioeconómicas clásicas y apostar por nuevos objetivos.

¿Por qué un país que progresa es aquel que produce más bienes y servicios? ¿Por qué no podemos cambiar las reglas del juego para que el país que progresa es aquel que cuantifica la felicidad de sus ciudadanos, el respeto y la integración con el medioambiente?

 The direct correlation between human and social progress and economic growth generated by the production of material goods and services is the mistake that is leading human being to the destruction of its legacy. It's time to review classical socioeconomical theories and bet on new objectives.

Why a  conuntry in progress is a country producing more and more material goods? Why can't we change the rules for this game in order to establish that a country in development is the one that it's able to quantify the happiness of its citizenship, respect and integration towards environment?
